Audrey and her husband are childhood sweethearts. A few years after they married they decided to pick up and move from Tulsa, OK to Sarasota, FL. They struggled with “unexplained infertility” and it took more than three years to become pregnant with their first baby.

They decided that a home-birth was the best suited for their family. Audrey chose to utilize HypnoBirthing techniques and now swears by it for labor and childbirth!

Audrey’s past struggles with infertility, breastfeeding, postpartum mood disorders (depression and anxiety), and subsequent pregnancy loss is why she chooses to offer services to families that are going through their personal journey (your journey and your story are unique to you) of pregnancy, labor, birth in any trimester and any outcome, and postpartum. She has been supporting women throughout major life changes for the past 10 years...

Audrey has lived in Oklahoma, Manitoba and Saskatchewan Canada, and now currently resides in Nokomis, FL with her husband their 3 year old daughter, great dane, and silky terrier.
